First, I was at work and I saw a guy that I had known in high school. I knew who he was back then and I had heard that after high school he had gotten into drugs and other stuff. Well, last night I saw a changed person that could only be the result of the Holy Sprit. God drew this guy to Himself about a year ago. It was so encouraging to hear him talk. I thank God for sending him my way last night. It was just the jump start my spiritual life needed.

Now, everybody get ready to hear this next thing. I got asked to play my guitar at a coffee shop. That is right. Brian has his first ever gig. So, mark your calendars! I will be playing at the Bean Counter on Oct. 22 from 8:30 – 11:30. Now, you might be asking how this happened. I went there last night to hear my friend Amanda play. While I was there a friend of mine asked me if I had brought my guitar because he hadn’t seen it yet. I told him I would run home and get it and when I got back we went inside the coffee shop so he could hear it. Well, apparently the person in charge of the schedule heard me too and asked me if I wanted to play there sometime. Of course I said yes. How could I pass up an opportunity let people know about my Lord and Savior. I will get to stand up in front of people for a few hours telling and singing about Him! What better opportunity could I ask for. So, tell your friends! I want to get as many people there as possible. It will be a great time! Oh, and I want to say thanks to Amanda. It is all her fault that I have this opportunity. So, thank you Amanda!
