I never thought I would do this….

I really didn’t.  I never really wanted to get into the realm of writing about political topics but I am just so sick of our nations current political situation I feel that I must have an outlet for my thoughts.  I don’t know what else to do.  I don’t know how else to make a difference (not that I think me writing will make a difference).  There are probably very few readers of my blog so my influence will probably minimal.  At least it will help me get my thoughts out of my head.  I will make an effort to cover many of the “untouchable” topics such as abortion, immigration, our welfare system, our tax system, and the ineptitude of our elected leaders.  I am sure this is just a few of the topics I will cover.  So stay tuned for my rants on the icky world of today’s politics.
