A good end for a bad day….

“Be near, oh God. Be near, oh God, for us your nearness is to us our good.”

Even though I have had a rough day, God still shines through. It might seem that he is far away at times, but the truth is that He is just as close as He ever was. Sometimes we need to be reminded of this. I was reminded of this at Grace (or One) tonight; that God loves me as one of His children. It doesn’t matter what I have done, or not done. He loves me and knows what is best for me. So I need to trust Him in that. I want to say thanks to my friends who help remind me of this truth in the way they live their lives. Thank you!

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jer. 29:11
