Justice?

Justice is something that is exceptionally hard to come by these days. Most of the court cases we hear about rarely end in true justice. Situations at work or home often times don’t end in what we would think would be justice. I know that sometimes I feel like I can’t win for losing even when I should be winning. It occurred to me a little while back that this is a condition we humans will have to deal with because of the sin that was introduced into the world. The right won’t always win while sin is in the world. So it kind of makes it unrealistic to expect justice in a situation. But I still find myself wanting justice. It is comforting to know that when Jesus comes back we will have a truly righteous judge that has the ability to judge justly. He won’t judge based on numbers or what would most benefit Him. Until then we must live in a world where true justice doesn’t exist but we can have the hope that it will come with Jesus.
